Thank you for using our "New Client Health & Healing Experience Survey" to support you in understanding how your Energy Body, Physical Body, and your places, spaces, automobile(s), assets, home, home appliances, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and electric items, devices, belongings, and other life interests are affected by prior health conditions, current health conditions, your life experiences, and your connections to people, and places. 

Where and when you went to school, college, and any other types of education, training, and personal studies you pursued, including the books you borrowed, purchased, or read, and those under whom you studied have had a significant effect on the types of energetic conditions, entity conditions, and systems of entity conditions you have encountered.

How one practices personal daily personal hygiene, Physical and Energy Body wellness, including the practices you use for clearing and healing, the conscious and unconscious  thoughts, intentions, practices, and protocols you use to support your success, your achievements, including those you use to create, improve, manage, or to end or block relationships ⎯ can cause connections to energetic and entity conditions that lead to every kind of illness, disease, trauma, and short or long-term conditions that result in the failure to thrive. 

Our Survey helps you have a cognitive and conscious understanding of the many ways in which entity-conditions have become a part of your life, how they are affecting your health, and how their entity conditions create the kinds of challenges that are causing you to experience whole body depletion in many different ways.

Part One is the longest of the 3.

This is a powerful way to gain insight into the life experiences, ancestral lineages, the known and unknown connections with people,  and places, and the entity conditions that affect your health, your day to day cognitive function, and your capacity to thrive.

The Survey is divided into many Parts for the purpose of addressing each area of your body, and the different areas of your life independently so that you are able to have an awareness of the triggers and experiences that are associated with any health conditions you are experiencing, as well as the day to day experiences you encounter that may be affecting other areas of your life.

Once we receive your responses, we’ll prepare more specific questions so that you and your Practitioner have an understanding of the areas of your life that are being affected. With this information, THE DIVINE will guide your Practitioner to provide complimentary resources that will help you learn new ways of resolving energetic conditions, and provide you with ongoing opportunities to improve your health, as well as opportunities to learn personal practices that will help you enjoy sustainable sovereignty.
